This past weekend was a pretty good one. I was able to spend a lot of time with the Mr. We visited some friends, went out to eat and spent time with my family after Sunday service. Although we see one another often, it never seems long enough. We don’t live together nor do we spend the night with one another. Yes; we are old school in that sense and hey, it’s been working for us for almost 4 years. Anyway, during my Winter Break I was happy that we were able to really spend some QT together; full days, back to back days…it was nice. Now that my break is over, it’s back to the school and back to work. I’m elated to be graduating in a few months so I’m praying this semester flies by!

Onto Sunday’s look…I decided to snap a shot of Darrius in his outfit. I thought he look so cute in his sweater and cap. He’s such a country boy and he loves his hats, lol! His outfit is pretty much all thrifted except for the jeans. My outfit is another borrowed dress form my mom. Lately my mom’s closet has been my personal boutique. Her walk-in closet is so nicely organized and all the clothes hanging there look so pretty so a girl can’t help her self. ;-)

While you may not be able to get a full picture of the dress, believe me when I tell you it’s very flattering & it has suede elbow and shoulder pads (on the outside of the dress). When the pictures were taken, it was super cold and windy so I opted to keep my wrap on for most of the shots. I’ll show a more detailed look of the dress in another post. Until then, enjoy & be blessed. XO!
