This year has been anything but easy, but I am extremely grateful that God has allowed me to make it this far. I’m also excited to spend the holiday season with my loved ones. The holidays seem to make everything that went wrong during the year irrelevant. To know that I’m able to eat, laugh, spend time and just be with my family erases all negativity. I am truly blessed and I plan to take some time to really embrace and enjoy our moments together this season. I also plan to enjoy some me time. I’ve been on the go pretty much all year, but now it’s time to slow down and take a breather.

Before I head off to enjoy my downtime, I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for reading, following and engaging with me this year. WNJ and you, the readers, continue to be a bright spot in my life. This blog, what it stands for, its growth and your support keep me going. I thank you, so much.
So tell me, do you plan on taking a blog break or not? Let me know!
There will be plenty of new posts coming to WNJ in the New Year, as well as a few other surprises. In the meantime, I invite you to keep up with me on social media. Also, be sure to sign up for my newsletter! I’ll be reintroducing the newsletter, with a new format, in January. I pray that you all have a blessed and peaceful holiday season and a happy and healthy New Year. Until 2017, be blessed and stay safe…XO!

You’re definitely right about how the holidays bring about this sense of knowing that, hey, all is okay. We can breath, we can talk, we can eat, we have a roof over our heads, the list goes on and on. I try my darnedest not to take that for granted.
Wishing you an awesome Happy New Year!

Happy new year sis, where did you get that Tshirt as you know I need one in my life. Kiss hubby for me and I hope to catch you on one of your trips to Delaware.
